What is included?
The map includes a printed frame, backplate and joining hardware. Choose photo pins, a wood surround, LED backlighting, a stand or a metal plaque in the customizer. The displayed price updates with your selections. Prices are in CAD; delivery and tax are shown before payment.
How do I choose the size and area?
A closer crop shows more street and building detail. A wider crop includes more of the surrounding area. Choose the physical map size separately, then use the room preview to compare it with furniture.
How accurate is the map?
Terrain uses real elevation data. Buildings follow mapped footprints, with recorded heights where available and estimates elsewhere. Roofs and small features are simplified for printing. Inspect your location in the 3D preview before ordering.
Does it arrive assembled?
The 20 × 20 cm map has one surface tile. Larger maps arrive in sections with joining hardware and an assembly guide. All sizes can hang on a wall. Maps that are 20 cm tall can also use a removable tabletop stand.
Can I add my own photos?
Yes. Upload photos to preview them and download a 4 × 6 inch photo sheet with cutting guides, or order empty holders and fit your own photos later.
Will removing a photo pin leave a hole?
Each pin comes with a matching piece of the original map. Replace the pin with that piece to restore the streets, buildings and terrain beneath it.
Can I add a pin later?
Yes. Open your original order in your account to add a location and replace the affected map tiles. Existing photos can be changed without replacing any map tiles.
Where do you deliver?
Canada and the United States. Current ordering availability, delivery charges and the estimated dispatch time are shown before payment. Tracking is added to your order when it ships.
